We offer online and in-person options from a half-day to a full week. We can include additional knowledge keepers, land-based activities, and cultural components. All our experiences include a whole human approach, a nourishing atmosphere, integration and movement breaks, and take-away resources. Participants leave feeling seen, heard, and energized to make real change. We can also support your organization with follow-up materials, debrief sessions, document creation, employee surveys, and more.

Ecko has participated in numerous panels and speaking engagements. She speaks passionately about decolonizing business, systems change work, Indigenous economic reconciliation, and ancestral healing modalities.  She includes humour, whole humanness, and personal stories to draw her audience in. She can also incorporate spoken word and/or cultural singing into her presentations, or add on a custom workshop to your conference calendar.  

Engagements have included local and international tattoo gatherings, Next Frontiers UK (wealth redistribution, philanthropy and investment), Indigenous women entrepreneurs and writers, and Indigenous language revitalization.
