Sacred Medicine
Healing through traditional hand-poke tattooing, spoken word, cultural singing, and hip-hop performances
Traditional Hand-Poke Tattoos
Ecko Aleck is a Naka’pamux hand-poke tattoo artist from Lytton, BC recently moved to Yukon Territory, primarily in Whitehorse. She is among the second wave of practitioners working to revive the ancestral arts of healing, storytelling, and identity through tattoo medicine. She facilitates a sacred space for the healing process guided by ancestral channeling and ceremonial practices.
Handpoke tattooing is not the same as your experience at a tattoo shop. It is not quick and it is not cheap. Please keep this in mind as you proceed to book with me. Each tattoo price is determined by the size, detail and colour etc.
HipHop Performance
Light a fire in the soul through powerful words and music that shine a light on history, Indigenous reality perspectives, hope, and healing.
Spoken Word Performance
Reclaiming sacred power through impactful word-play. Spoken word experiences open minds and motivate movement for a better world.
Cultural Singing
Event openings, ceremonies, circles, and community gatherings. Ecko is a traditional Nlaka’pamux hand drum composer and song carrier.
